Whitespace DTLA is located within the Flower Street Lofts between 11th and 12th streets, in the heart of the South Park district in Downtown Los Angeles, across from the world famous Staples Center, Nokia Theatre, and the L.A. Live Entertainment Complex.  It was originally built in 1936 and served as the UPS building for Downtown Los Angeles and the surrounding neighborhoods for over forty years. The space now features 14’ to 20’ ceilings, expansive windows reminiscent of the UPS space, and exposed concrete floors. The revitalized loft spaces were opened in 2003.
